1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on wntdclub.com, operated by WNTD Club.

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

WNTD Club sells custom print-on-demand clothing.

  • All products are made-to-order
  • Designs are based on customer-submitted content or created by WNTD Club
  • Each product may vary slightly in color or placement due to the production process

We aim to display products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee exact representation on all screens.

3. Orders

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled after production has started
  • You are responsible for providing correct shipping and contact details
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed in EUR and USD
  • Prices are excluding VAT and any applicable taxes or import duties
  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges required by their country (e.g. VAT, customs, import fees)

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other providers.
We do not store payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled through Shopify and its production partners
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to production or shipping carriers

WNTD Club is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made-to-order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, change of mind, or custom products

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement, contact info@wntdclub.com within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos.

7. User-Generated Content

When you submit photos or videos (e.g. your car):

  • You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it
  • You grant WNTD Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for:
    • Product creation
    • Website display
    • Marketing (TikTok, Instagram, ads)

We reserve the right to refuse content that is inappropriate or violates any laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and content on this website are owned by WNTD Club unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

9. Liability

WNTD Club is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by third parties (production or shipping)
  • Minor differences in product appearance

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
