All WNTD Club products are made-to-order.
Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Custom products
Make sure to check sizing carefully before ordering.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’ve got you if something goes wrong.
You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item is defective
- You received the wrong product
4. How to Request a Replacement
Email us at return@wntdclub.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short explanation
If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
5. Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- If your package is lost, contact us and we’ll help resolve it
